L&I’s Verify a Contractor, by name, number or UBI. The record shows the bond, the insurance, workers’ comp standing, and any infractions or lawsuits against the bond.
A bond that is impaired has claims against it. Infractions are public. Neither shows in the registration status, which is “active” either way, so read past it.

Every business here was taken from L&I’s contractor register on September 9, 2026, not from a sign-up form. The verified block on each card comes from the state record and only changes when the record does. A business that wants a correction should correct it with the board; it will flow through on the next build.
